Shipping

Depending on the order and quantity- Jewelry orders usually ship out within 1-3 business days of placing the order (not including shipping time). Holiday processing times are within 2-5 business days. Any T-Shirts, Mugs, Phone Cases or Pillows will ship out within 3-7 business days. Please note, USPS does not guarantee priority shipping, however they are usually accurate and on point with their turnaround delivery time. USPS Priority Express is guaranteed for 1-2 business day delivery. We will keep in touch with you to let you know if your custom order will be faster or longer. If an item is marked delivered by USPS and you never received it, please contact your local post office. There will be tracking update capabilities via USPS.com 

The shipping address is automatically generated to the shipping label from what you enter in. If you are shipping to someone other than yourself, please be sure you change the address before completing your checkout.

If you are ordering an item as a gift, and would like us to add a special note card or a thoughtful message please specify your request at checkout.

We are very fast at processing orders! We want you to receive it just as fast as you want to!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your product in any way when you receive your item. We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will do what we can to make you a satisfied customer.

There are no returns or exchanges on personalized items. If we make a mistake, we will be happy to re-create or correct the item and ship it back to you.

Returns must be received in the same condition it was shipped, and refunds will be issued immediately upon retrieval of the returned item, not before. Refunds will be for the item(s) amount only. (Shipping will not be refunded. Shipping costs are buyers responsibility.) There are no returns on personalized custom orders. If it is our fault we will gladly remedy the situation by either remaking it or refunding accordingly.

Custom orders are always welcome and we will do our absolute best to create something you will love. Depending on the size and request of custom orders, production time varies.

Please do not wear these when spraying perfume, cologne, or hair products. Do not wear in water i.e.: shower, pool ect. Keep your jewelry as dry as possible.

To ensure your jewelry has longevity, we highly recommend you store it in an airtight bag or container when not wearing, to keep pieces from oxidizing in your jewelry box.

Due to many factors, naturally-sterling silver will tarnish over time. Do not immerse in a silver dip cleaner. It will take the black etching off your discs. If you have any questions please contact us regarding care for your products.
